WE-IN Creator Agreement

The short version. You make challenges for your audience. WE-IN reviews each one before it goes public. If people you brought subscribe, you earn a share of what WE-IN actually receives from them, for a limited period. You are not our employee, and nothing here is a guarantee of income.
Who this is between
This agreement is between you (the creator) and WE-IN, published by Neha Rastogi. It applies from the moment you accept it and for as long as you hold a WE-IN creator profile.
What you may do
- Create challenges and submit them to WE-IN for review.
- Share your creator link and code with your own audience.
- See how many people took part, in aggregate.
WE-IN reviews every challenge before it is published. Approval of you as a creator is not approval of anything you make. We may decline, hide or remove a challenge at any time, and we will tell you why.
What you may not do
- Make medical claims, or present WE-IN as diagnosing, treating, curing, preventing or monitoring any condition. WE-IN is a wellness product and not a medical device.
- Promise a health outcome, a weight change, or a number anyone will reach.
- Target children, or anyone under 16.
- Buy, incentivise or fake sign-ups, or bring traffic you have paid for without telling us first.
- Present yourself as WE-IN, or as speaking for WE-IN.
- Share anything about another person's health data, ever.
What you earn, and when
You earn a share of the revenue WE-IN actually receives from people who joined WE-IN through your link or code, for a limited period after they join. Your rate and that period are shown in Creator Studio, on your own earnings screen, and they are the ones that apply to you.
- Net, not gross. The share is of what reaches WE-IN after the app store's commission, taxes and payment fees — not of the price on the listing.
- Only real payments. Free trials, test purchases and refunded payments earn nothing. A refund or chargeback reverses a share that was already counted.
- Reviewed monthly. WE-IN reviews each month, marks what is payable and pays it. We do not promise a payment date here.
- Attribution is what we can measure. A share is counted only where WE-IN can tie the person to you deterministically, through your code or link. We do not guess or model attribution.
Your rate may change for the future. We will tell you before it does, and a change never applies backwards to a share already counted.
Tax, and your own affairs
You are an independent creator, not an employee, partner or agent of WE-IN. You are responsible for your own taxes and for any declaration your local law requires. WE-IN may need tax details from you before it can pay you, and may withhold where the law requires it.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give WE-IN permission to show it inside the app and on your public creator page for as long as your profile is live. Your name, handle, description, links and photograph appear on a public page — see the Privacy Policy.
Suspension, and ending this
You may stop being a creator at any time by asking us. We may suspend or end a creator profile for a breach of this agreement, and we will say which part. If we do, anything already earned and payable is still paid.
A suspended creator keeps read access to their own earnings, so money owed never disappears from their own screen.
No guarantee
Nothing here guarantees you any income. WE-IN does not promise a number of sign-ups, a conversion rate, or that anyone will subscribe at all.
Changes to this agreement
If we change these terms in a way that alters what you agreed to, we will ask you to accept the new version before you submit anything further. The version you accepted, and its exact wording, is recorded.
